Good news for DTH and cable TV users. In the new year, watching TV is going to be a lot cheaper. There have been many changes in the sector by the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India TRAI. After several changes in the telecom sector, the new rules are set to be revised after the new rules are implemented. In April of this year, TRAI implemented tariff rules for DTH and cable TV subscribers. Which makes users not happy. Because now, watching TV is too expensive. 'The reason for the tariff cost was the biggest reason for the change in network capacity to the NCF.

NCF will be cheaper

Now, DTH and cable TV subscribers need to pay Rs 153 per NCF.
NCF Depending on how many free to air channels the user has been subscribed to. Along with this, a-la-carte has also become expensive separately. TRAI is now considering reducing it. So users don't have to spend more.

Have to pay the content charge

At this time users have to pay two bills for watching TV. The first is the NCF charge and the second is the content charge. The content charge paid by the users comes to the TV channel's broadcast account. NCF Charge is the charge that is given to the DTH cable operator for channel viewing. For which 100 users will have to pay Rs 153 per month for 100 channels.

The choice of users and the availible data will be decided on the NCF

Tri's attempt to change the new tariff rule applied to TRI's new consultation paper. Now it is cheaper for users to watch TV, for which TRI has proposed to bring the variable NCF. The variable NCF will be different for each circle. The choice of NCF users and the data available will be determined.
